Terms of Service

Use of service

These terms govern access to pepiko.ai APIs, documentation, dashboard, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, requesting an API key, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization to create an account. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Customers may not use pepiko.ai to build products that harm children, violate laws, or bypass safety controls. In addition, you agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate, store, or distribute child sexual abuse material or any other illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or circumvent our classification and safety models.
• Exceed the rate limits or usage tier associated with your plan without our agreement.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without a separate written agreement.
• Send us personal data you’re not legally permitted to share.

Fees and billing

pepiko.ai offers self-serve, credit-based pricing as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor; unpaid balances may result in reduced rate limits or suspension of API access until resolved. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit through the Service. You grant pepiko.ai a limited right to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. As described in our Privacy Policy, we do not use customer content to train foundation models.

Service changes and availability

We may update services, APIs, or documentation as the platform improves, and will provide notice of changes that materially affect how you use the Service where practical. pepiko.ai is under active development; while we work to keep the Service reliable — current uptime is published on our status page — we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, particularly for free-tier usage.

Intellectual property

pepiko.ai and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including our APIs, models, documentation, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you, beyond the limited right to use the Service as intended.

Disclaimers

The Service, including any classification, moderation, or routing output, is provided “as is” and is intended to support — not replace — your own judgment and safety processes. Automated classification can be imperfect; you’re responsible for how you act on our outputs within your own product.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, pepiko.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or risk to the safety of the Service or its users. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to pepiko.ai, Inc., without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify active customers.
